We want you to love your Pulsemask. If something's wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your mask arrives damaged or isn't working correctly, email us with photos and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping needed.

Change of Mind
Unworn, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs. Buyer covers return shipping.
